Application:

1. It is a perfect methylating agent, carbonylating agent, hydroxymethyl agent and Methoxy agent with active chemical properties.

2. It can be used to produce lithium battery electrolyte.

3. It is used in pharmaceutical industry for synthesis of anti-infective drugs, anti-inflammatory drugs, vitamin drugs, central nervous system drugs.

4. It is used in pesticide industry to produce methyl isocyanate, and then produce some amino acid esters pesticides to replace poisonous phosgene carbonylating agent in production of Diisocyanate, propylene-based glycol carbonate.

5. It is an excellent environmentally friendly solvent, and widely used in Coatings, inks, adhesives and other industries.
