1. Do you have the Return Policy?

Yes, all the products we supplied can be tracked and recalled within 2 months if any quality issues.

2. Can you provide necessary technical support?

Yes, we can provide technical support from the transportation to the using of products which we supplied. And we also can CUSTOMIZE some special products for Clients.

3. Can you provide Customer Protection or Business Protection?

Yes, we would like to provide protection to our customers who helped us develop new users or markets. Once we are told who is the end-users, we guarantee that we will not contacted them directly during the agreed period.

4. Can you guarantee the products' quality?

Certainly we can! Products' quality is the most important that we must guarantee to our clients. Our price may not be the lowest in the market, but each shipment we made to client is qualified.

5. Which kind of payment do you accept if we want to buy goods from you?

We can accept 20% prepayment, and the balance should be made within 7days after we provide full copies of shipping documents. What’s more, L/C at sight to 120days, D/P at sight, etc… is also workable upon different buyers from different countries.

6. How long will be the shipment?

For different products, the delivery time is not same. Usually we arrange shipments within 15days for non- hazardous products and within 20days for the hazardous products. We will confirm with the clients whether the delivery time is acceptable before sign the contract.
